Code of conduct and Safety
Brocacef Group has a general code of conduct, with site rules in place at every location. The code of conduct explicitly emphasises a safe and pleasant working environment, including the importance of mutual respect and equal treatment among all employees, regardless of differences.
When employees encounter inappropriate behaviour, such as sexual harassment, discrimination, bullying, and physical or psychological violence, they can contact our (external) confidential advisor. In 2024, 61 reports were received by our confidential advisor.
Femme Vitaal
Women who experience monthly regular symptoms due to menstruation, have trouble sleeping, experience heart palpitations or concentration loss due to menopause, or have questions about healthy working before, during, and after pregnancy, have the opportunity to discuss these issues with a consultant from Femme Vitaal at Brocacef Group.
We aim to make these discussions easily accessable and ensure that women no longer keep these issues to themselves and receive the required support. In 2024, Femme Vitaal was approached 21 times by Brocacef Group employees. These discussions mainly focused on menopause and work-life balance.


Budget Coach
Employees of Brocacef Group who have financial concerns, find it difficult to make ends meet, or want to know how to better plan their expenses at home can receive assistance from the budget coach at FinaFit. The budget coach provides confidential, personal guidance to our employees with financial worries and provides advice and support to resolve their situation. In 2024, 2 employees were successfully assisted. They now have more oversight, peace, and control over their finances.
