To contribute to a fair society and maintain inegrity and success as an organisation, correct behaviour and compliance with laws and regulations are of the utmost importance. Therefore, Brocacef Group has a professional Compliance Management System, facilitated in part by PHOENIX Group. Our employees receive training on compliance regulations and are expected to adhere to them. We place great value on compliance within our organisation and strictly monitor adherence through, among other things, our compliance committee.

As part of our Compliance Management System, we always conduct a screening before starting a new business relationship. We call this Business Partner Due Diligence (BPDD).

In a BPDD screening, business partners are checked against international sanctions and embargo lists, among other things. We also request more information about the company, management, shareholders, compliance policies, CSR-related matters, and more. Brocacef Group aims to consciously choose business partners with the same high ethical standards and values as a reliable business partner.

In the fiscal year 2023-2024, Brocacef Group launched a reintroduction of this renewed screening process within the organisation. In this fiscal year, 143 applications were processed, of which 8 were assessed with a medium or high compliance risk and 2 with a medium or high sustainability risk.
