As a healthcare company, we play an important role in society. We understand that if we want to be the healthcare partner of choice, it also means committing to healthy conditions for people, the environment, and society. After all, we are all dependent on these factors. A healthy life begins with a healthy living environment. Therefore, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a key component of our strategic program.

Our efforts in the field of CSR are closely linked to the vision and policy of the PHOENIX Group. The interaction between economy, environment, and social responsibility forms an essential foundation for sustainable business success in all countries where the PHOENIX Group operates. It is also the basis for our own initiatives and helps us make an impact across the group.

In the past fiscal year*, we have made significant progress in sustainability and corporate social responsibility. This is an achievement we could not have reached alone.

It is thanks to the commitment and dedication of all our employees and the valuable collaboration with our partners that we have been able to take these steps. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who has contributed to this.

While we are proud of what we have achieved so far, we realise that this is just the beginning. We have taken the first steps, but there is still much to improve. In the coming year, we will continue to develop our initiatives in sustainability and CSR and to improve data quality and availability. By measuring our impact more accurately, we can work in a targeted and effective way, towards a more sustainable future.
