To contribute to a fair society and to remain a respected and successful organisation, proper conduct and compliance with laws and regulations are of great importance. Brocacef Group therefore has a professional Compliance Management System, facilitated in part by PHOENIX Group. Our employees receive training on compliance regulations and are expected to comply with them. We attach great importance to compliance within our organisation and strictly monitor adherence, including through our Compliance Committee.

As part of our Compliance Management System, we always carry out a screening before entering into a new business relationship. We refer to this as Business Partner Due Diligence (BPDD).

As part of the BPDD screening, business partners are checked against international sanctions and embargo lists, among other things. We also request further information about the company, its management and shareholders, as well as its compliance policy, sustainability and human rights. As a reliable business partner, Brocacef Group consciously chooses to work with business partners that share the same high ethical standards and values.

In the 2023-2024 financial year, Brocacef Group reintroduced this updated screening process within the organisation. In the 2025-2026 financial year, 168 applications were processed, of which 21 were assessed as having a medium or high compliance risk and 13 as having a medium or high sustainability risk.
