Conduct and safety
Brocacef Group has a general Code of Conduct, and house rules have been drawn up for each location. The Code of Conduct explicitly addresses a safe and pleasant working environment, including the importance of mutual respect and equal treatment of all employees, regardless of their differences.
Employees who experience inappropriate behaviour, such as sexual harassment, discrimination, bullying or physical and psychological violence, can contact our (external) confidential adviser.

Femme Vitaal
Women who experience issues such as recurring monthly symptoms related to menstruation, or who suffer from poor sleep, heart palpitations or difficulty concentrating due to menopause, or who have questions about working healthily before, during and after pregnancy, have the opportunity at Brocacef Group to discuss these issues with a Femme Vitaal consultant.
We want to make it easier to talk openly about these issues and ensure that women no longer feel they have to keep them to themselves.
Flu vaccination for all employees
To help employees start the flu season in good health, Brocacef Group employees who wished to have a flu vaccination had the costs reimbursed through a BENU-owned pharmacy in autumn 2025. These vaccinations were administered by a GP or an authorised healthcare professional at a health centre or pharmacy.

Budget coach
Brocacef Group employees who have financial concerns, are struggling to make ends meet or would like to learn how to better manage their household expenses can receive support from FinaFit’s budget coach. The budget coach provides our employees with confidential, personal guidance to address financial concerns and find sustainable solutions to their situation.

Support for problems related to alcohol, drugs, medicines, gaming or gambling
In the Netherlands, more than 2 million people experience problems related to alcohol, drugs, medicines, gaming or gambling. The threshold for seeking help is often high, particularly due to feelings of shame, guilt and fear. As an employer, Brocacef Group believes it is important that colleagues facing these issues can access the right support without barriers. That is why, in 2025, we entered into a partnership with AnoniemeZorg.nl, where colleagues can have confidential conversations with experts by experience.
Carer-friendly organisation
At Brocacef Group, we believe it is important to support employees with informal care responsibilities and help prevent them from becoming overburdened. They can therefore receive free support from Fello. We are very proud that, on the Dutch ‘Day of the Carer’, we received the quality mark for carer-friendly employment.
In addition, especially for the ‘Day of the Carer’ in 2025, we made digital cards available that employees could send to a colleague who is an informal carer. In this way, we demonstrate that supporting informal carers is high on our agenda.
