Through the Brocacef and BENU brands, the organisation is there whenever people need advice on a healthy lifestyle, the right medicines, self-care products and medical devices. At home, in hospitals, healthcare institutions and pharmacies.

In the consumer market, we are visible and close at hand throughout the country through our BENU chain of approximately 350 pharmacies and online at benu.nl. In the business market, Brocacef serves a wide range of healthcare providers, from pharmacies and dispensing GPs to hospitals, residential and nursing care homes and pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Under the rules of the Dutch Civil Code, Brocacef Group N.V. qualifies as a two-tier board company. Dutch listed companies are required to comply with the Dutch Corporate Governance Code. This Code contains principles and best practice provisions governing the relationship between the Group Management, the Supervisory Board and the (General Meeting of) Shareholders. Although the shares of Brocacef Group N.V. are not listed on a stock exchange, we endorse the principles of this Code. The provisions of the Code are not always applicable, partly because Brocacef Group N.V. only has registered shares and a single shareholder.

The Group Management of Brocacef Group N.V. is responsible for the day-to-day management of the organisation. As of 1 July 2026, the Group Management consists of:

Max Wachter, Bart Tolhuisen and Léon Tinke have formally been appointed as statutory directors.

The Supervisory Board supervises the policies of the Management Board and the general course of affairs of the company and its affiliated enterprises. The Supervisory Board also advises the Group Management in the performance of its duties. As of 1 January 2026, the Supervisory Board of Brocacef Group N.V. consists of:
